Several Alabama citizens have filed a lawsuit within the Alabama Circuit Court to “prevent certification of President Barack Obama for 2012 Alabama ballot access pending final hearing based on factual evidentiary hearings.”

The deadline for any candidate to register to appear on the Alabama Presidential Primary ballot is just days away, but by agreeing to hear the case, the Alabama Courts have effectively stalled any efforts by the Democratic Party to place Obama on the ballot.

Just as important is the fact that the Court did indeed accept the case. By agreeing to hear the case, the Court appears to have recognized that the defendants, ordinary Alabama citizens, do in fact have standing. In many previous eligibility cases, courts have ruled that ordinary citizens did not have standing, in other words were not sufficiently harmed by the actions of the defendant and therefore had no legal right to bring their case before the courts.

The actions of this Alabama Court is a game changer in that the legal system has finally recognized that ordinary citizens CAN be harmed and DO have the right to protest unconstitutional actions committed at the highest levels of Federal government.

This case could revolutionize the legal system AND return the judiciary to the duty our Founding Fathers intended – protecting the citizenry from Federal power mongering.

As we have said for so long, the power to defeat the Usurper in Chief lies with the STATES. We MUST continue to push all the other states to DEMAND PROOF POSITIVE evidence of eligibility from any Presidential candidate who desires to appear on State ballots.

*** A ‘Super’ reversal: Anyone who is surprised by the Obama campaign’s announcement last night that it’s encouraging Democratic donors to give money to the pro-Obama Super PAC Priorities USA Action — after previously criticizing this practice — wasn’t paying attention in 2008. Back then, remember, Obama reversed himself and opted out of public financing for the general election, enabling his campaign to raise some $750 million to win the presidency. That reversal then and this reversal now tell us two important things about Obama and modern presidential politics. One, it’s a losing proposition to always put principle above winning. Indeed, the rise of these Super PACs (like Karl Rove’s American Crossroads, the pro-Romney Restore Our Future, and the Sheldon Adelson-backed Winning Our Future) could very well wipe out any fundraising advantage the incumbent enjoys in 2012. And two, as the L.A. Times’ Mark Barabak points out, voters rarely care about these kind of process stories. After all, did Obama lose a single vote in ’08 due to his public-financing reversal?

*** And ‘Super’ hypocrisy: But make no mistake: The White House is going to receive plenty of heat — from good-government groups, liberals, and the media — for this reversal. Why? Because after all of its criticism of Citizens United and Super PACs, last night’s announcement looks hypocritical no matter how you try and rationalize it. Three additional things seem to be going on with this change in policy: 1) The Obama campaign appears to be spooked by the $30 million the pro-Romney Restore Our Future raised in 2011; 2) Democratic donors who wanted to start giving to Super PACs were complaining; and 3) The blessing from the Obama campaign opens the spigot for the Democratic House and Senate Super PACs who had been struggling to raise money since the titular head of the party spent the last year and half demonizing these groups. What’s more, his decision won’t just be a financial boon for the struggling Democratic Super PACs; it’s going to be a seal of approval for the Republican Super PACs. They now have been legitimized by the president and their effectiveness has been highlighted by the Obama campaign. The financial nuclear arms race is now afoot.

*** “We can’t allow for two sets of rules”: In a blog posting last night, Obama Campaign Manager Jim Messina wrote that the president “opposed the Citizens United decision. He understood that with the dramatic growth in opportunities to raise and spend unlimited special-interest money, we would see new strategies to hide it from public view. He continues to support a law to force full disclosure of all funding intended to influence our elections… And [he] favors action — by constitutional amendment, if necessary — to place reasonable limits on all such spending.” But Messina added, “With so much at stake, we can’t allow for two sets of rules in this election whereby the Republican nominee is the beneficiary of unlimited spending and Democrats unilaterally disarm.” He also announced in the blog posting that top campaign aides and Cabinet secretaries would speak at fundraising events for Priorities USA Action, though the president, vice president, and first lady wouldn’t. Three people, in particular, are singled out for this duty: David Plouffe, Valerie Jarrett, and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius (who formerly worked for the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and obviously has lots of connections with the big donor trial-lawyer community). By the way, the Obama campaign is holding a conference call on its announcement at 11:00 am ET.

*** Screwing up the vetting: The Obama campaign’s Super PAC reversal overshadowed a New York Times report that the family of a Mexican casino magnate, Juan Jose Rojas (Pepe) Cardona, who fled the U.S. on drug and fraud charges, had been bundling money for the campaign. “When The New York Times asked the Obama campaign early Monday about the Cardonas, officials said they were unaware of the brother in Mexico. Later in the day, the campaign said it was refunding the money raised by the family, which totaled more than $200,000.” This kind of story hits at this truth: When campaigns are raising big bucks – whether they are Democratic or Republican – it is human nature that you sometimes screw up the vetting. Fundraisers get so excited about hitting the lottery with a big donor or big bundler that they, perhaps, vet with eye toward finding nothing.

*** And more on the contraception story and the Eastwood ad: Two additional points on some of the other politics topics of the day. One, the White House’s decision on contraception pitted women vs. the Catholic bishops, and Team Obama decided that it was more important not to alienate women’s groups. (In fact, if this story becomes about women’s health, it won’t be a problem for the Obama folks. But it will be a problem if it’s viewed as government interference.)

Islamic banks have been eating into the profits of conventional banks in the Middle East because: they don’t charge interest (Shariah Law), they are growing very rapidly, and (in these catastrophic economic times) they are more stable than western banks.

The New York Times article “Islamic banking rises on oil wealth, drawing non-Muslims” ( November 22, 2007) reported: “Rising oil wealth is lifting Islamic banking – which adheres to the laws of the Koran and its prohibition against charging interest – into the financial mainstream. . . . In addition to Islamic loans, there are Islamic bonds, Islamic credit cards …In Islamic banking, financiers are required to share borrowers’ risks, meaning that depositors are treated more like shareholders, earning a portion of profits. …And while the biggest Islamic banks are in the wealthy Gulf states, the most attractive potential markets are in Turkey and North Africa (emphasis added) and among European Muslims… .”

Most people of the world prefer the conventional banking model. They don’t mind paying 20% interest on small loans (credit card). They don’t want to share in their bank’s profits: they want their banks to grow even bigger and stronger and more powerful to compete on international markets. They don’t mind paying income tax to bail out monster banks (i.e. too big to fail) for their bad gambling debts (i.e. TARP in U.S.) [and because that bail out is added to the government’s debt, they don’t mind paying interest on the bail out to the Federal Reserve (whose policies created the crisis)]. They don’t mind children dying in Africa due to third-world usury (countries that can’t pay down the principle have gone further into debt instead of declaring bankruptcy).

With the support of their governments, Islamic Finance is the fastest growing sector in the MENA region (Middle East North Africa) with huge business opportunities ahead in the untapped Muslim populations in many countries. Middle East regimes threaten to derail the forces of globalization and unseat traditional banking because Islam is setting up an attractive alternate model to conventional banking. Suffering a setback after the “Battle in Seattle”, the globalists have wrapped themselves in the cloak of democracy to further their agenda. Conventional western bankers see regime change in the Middle East as an imperative to competing with the success of the Islamic banking system (Henry, Clement Moore, PhD. and Robert Springborg. Has anybody heard of the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States? (SIECUS)

If you have children in the public school system then you should certainly be acquainting yourself with their recently published “Guidelines for Comprehensive Sexuality Education Plan for 2012 – 2016. Read that name again …. Notice how it says sexuality and NOT sex? It isn’t a typo. This ‘plan’ (conspiracy?) is considered the bible for comprehensive sex education, re-education in our public schools today!

This plan divides our children’s sex-ed indoctrination and experience into four different levels: Here is how their grooming practice is broken down:

Level I Children ages 5 – 8
Level II Children ages 9 – 12
Level III Children ages 12 to 15
Level IV Children ages 15 – 18

Quoting from their website:

“Today, we have the opportunity to foster the first generation of sexually healthy adults. We will seize this opportunity by redefining, reframing, and supporting a new public discourse to shift the paradigm on sexual health and well-being to create a sexually healthy America.

In support of our new strategic plan, SIECUS is reframing and reprioritizing our programmatic, policy, and advocacy efforts under three strategic priorities for the period of 2012—2016” (Click here to read their plan)

Sit down and take a deep breath before you read the rest of this. Now hang on ….Here’s what these social engineers want to teach your children starting in kindergarten. The following excerpts are the exact verbiage taken from the SIECUS guide for children ages 5-8:

• “Vaginal intercourse occurs when a man and woman place the penis inside her vagina”
• “Some men and women are homosexual, which means they will be attracted to and fall in love with someone of the same gender”
• “Touching and rubbing one’s own genitals to feel good is called masturbation”
• “Some boys and girls masturbate …others do not”
• “Both boys and girls may discover that their bodies feel good when touched”

By ages 9-12 it doesn’t get any better…again quoting directly from the SIECUS sex manual. Students at this level (level II) are supposed to learn that:

• “Sexual intercourse provides pleasure”
• “Homosexual love relationships can be just as fulfilling as heterosexual relationships”
• “A legal abortion is very safe”

Why would a 9 or 10 year old boy or girl need to know any of this crap? When I was that age I was still playing with dolls!

Can it get anymore morally bankrupt than this ….well since we are talking about the Top Tier NEA Lesbo-Nazi’s here please stay seated while I tell you about what happens at “level III”. At ages 12-15 they are being taught that:

• “Some people feel attracted to BOTH men and women” (Editors note: “Men and women?” Really? Are we sure they don’t really mean “other boys and girls” …you decide who is grooming our children for an immoral screwed up future)
• “you can buy condoms and contraceptives in a drug store or grocery store or see your school nurse” (what about bathrooms in bars/taverns and truck stops?)

In California, consistent with this re-education campaign the Gay Lesbian Straight Teachers Network gives these children the following “Heterosexuality Questionnaire” in their sick and depraved quest to gray the lines between right and wrong and pollute the minds of OUR CHILDREN! That questionnaire asks the following questions:

• “When and where did you decide you were heterosexual?” (Don’t forget these are 12 yr olds)
• ”Is it possible heterosexuality is just a phase you will grow out of” (huh? This is a phase they aren’t supposed to have ‘grown in to” let alone “out of”? Besides don’t these immoral harpies with mullet haircuts and plaid coats preach that people are gay at birth and can never be cured? Well…which is it?
• “Is it possible you only think you are heterosexual because you fear the same sex?”
• “If you have never slept with someone of the same sex …how do you know you wouldn’t prefer that?”

Isn’t our public school system and liberalism great?

Recent studies (and not so recent studies) found that teen sex puts children at greater risk for disease, depression and suicide, when compared to teens who are not sexually active, teenage boys and girls who are sexually active are significantly less likely to be happy and more likely to be depressed and more likely to commit or attempt to commit suicide”

That’s the message they should be getting out (if any) but the teachers unions and their pseudo enlightened’ members are hard at work from within our schools grooming our children into sexual beings long before they are ready …emotionally, physically or financially. The schools most Americans entrust with the duty and privilege of educating our next generations are so busy trying to liberate them by taking the forbidden fruit of premarital sex and jamming it down their throats packaged with the equally reprehensible notion of homosexual marriage. Dig into this issue people because everywhere you turn you will discover that gay activist and their teacher and curriculum partners in our schools have turned elementary school classrooms into human labs for multi gender studies. Beneath the thin veneer of academic respectability, these morally bankrupt sociopaths are attacking the moral fabric of our society and in the process destroying the next generation and everything we believe in.

The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.

Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.

I do not know if this is true, and as far as I understand it the claim is still under dispute. Nader, though, is not the center of my story.
